We aim at creating a proposal 100% vegetable, rich, healthy, tasty, and good for everybody. Creating different dishes that can be delivered directly at your office or at home, for lunch, or dinner by taking care of every single detail. This GiveMeVeg philosophy, since September 2020, has also become both a bistro located in Via San Quintino 33/C and a Le Verdure Store located at the Turin Central Market. GiveMeVeg is an evolution of the home cooking, and the dishes always start from the ground, without any animal byproducts. Tastes as they used to be are brought back onto the tables of the inhabitants of Turin, those popular local dishes, sometimes simple, that for many of us have meant tastes from our childhood. Therefore, we are talking about a traditional cuisine that pays attention to the Earth, to sustainability, on how to eat consciously and in a healthy way, respecting the environment. A cuisine, that before becoming a need, was just the way of life of our ancestors.
Raw materials come exclusively from local farmers, and GivemeVeg has created with them a relationship that is more than the classical one between customers and suppliers. Farmers are those people who give chefs the chance to express themselves and be excited through creativity, those who instill the strain, the beauty, and the satisfaction to work the soil through their products.
All the farmers, who collaborate with Givemeveg, work by following a philosophy that safeguards the planet and gives a quality without compromise to the raw materials arriving onto the table.
